Have you tried to apply the Law of Attraction without success? Are you still waiting for your expensive car? Big House? Six-figure income? Fortunately, there is an easy answer as to why you haven’t received your desired wish quite yet.
The Conscious Level
The answer lied is in your negative thinking or limiting beliefs. Essentially, you need to discover what your negative or limiting beliefs are. Limiting beliefs are constant negative thoughts which may be conscious or subconscious. For instance, you may be wishing that you could go back to school; your inner voice may be telling you such things like, “You are too old to go back and you’ll be way too old.” This is false but it is also a limiting belief. If this is your thought process, you will attract the parallel reality and you will not achieve the education you desire. This definitely reinforces your current belief.
The Subconscious Level
Limiting beliefs also is on a subconscious level. When someone sets you up on a blind date, do you get a bad feeling in your stomach? This is an example of a subconscious limiting belief. Beliefs create your realities. They tend to be ‘reinforced.’ You can remove your limiting beliefs by changing the way you think. In turn, this can change your life.
The Law of Attraction is perfectly accurate and therefore if you are not attracting what you are wanting then YOU (not the Universe) have some work to do. That ‘work’ is to clear your limiting beliefs. The good news is this ‘work’ is quite simple.
The Law of Attraction is designed to attract exactly what you want. It is non-judgmental. It hears exactly what you want. So, if you focus on what you want, that is what you will receive. If you are not attracting what you are wanting then you (not the Universe) have some work to do. That work is to remove the limiting beliefs. Here is one method:
Ho’oponopono (hoe-oh-poh-no-poh-no) involves silently saying to yourself the following four short phrases:
"I Love You"
"Please Forgive Me"
It’s really that simple. Say those four phrases over and over ten times and notice how you feel. Apply this process any time any negative thought or emotion rises. Next time someone cuts in front of you in line, silently say these phrases ten times. Really feel the emotions behind each phrase.
This process is especially useful on specific negative beliefs. Apologize for having a limiting belief, ask for forgiveness, give thanks that you now control your reality and finally express gratitude for this Universe.
